By submitting information through our intake form, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the following general terms and conditions regarding the preliminary provision of information to Srimanee & Associates, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for potential tax preparation services:

1. Purpose of Information Collection

1.1 The information you provide through our intake form is collected to assess your tax situation and determine the scope of services that may be offered to you.
1.2 Submission of information does not constitute an agreement for tax preparation services. Any engagement will require a signed agreement outlining specific terms and fees.

2. Accuracy and Completeness

2.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge.
2.2 We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the preliminary information you submit.
2.3 Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay the assessment or disqualify you from receiving an engagement proposal.

3. No Guarantee of Services

3.1 Submission of information does not guarantee that we will offer tax preparation services or accept you as a client.
3.2 We reserve the right to decline to provide services based on the information submitted or for any other reason.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 We will treat all information you provide through the intake form as confidential and protect it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
4.2 Submission of information does not establish a client-professional relationship until a formal engagement agreement is signed.

5. No Tax Advice Provided

5.1 Any preliminary discussions or general feedback based on the information submitted do not constitute tax advice.
5.2 Specific advice or recommendations will only be provided after a formal agreement is in place and the necessary documentation has been reviewed.

6. Retention of Submitted Information

6.1 We will retain the information submitted through the intake form for a reasonable period to facilitate potential engagement discussions.
6.2 If you decide not to proceed with our services, you may request the deletion of your information by contacting us at support@srimanee.com.

7. Liability

7.1 We are not liable for any decisions you make based on preliminary discussions or general information provided in response to your intake form submission.
7.2 You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the intake process.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Acknowledgment

By submitting your information through our intake form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
